How battles work
Learn how you participate in the battle and how the winners are decided.
Step-by-Step Process:
- Match Creation:
- For every cricket match, we create a dedicated match page on the Battles section of our website.
- Each match consists of distinct battles (e.g., More Runs, More Wickets, etc.).
- Placing a Battle:
- Choose a battle (e.g., More Runs).
- Select a player you think will win that battle.
- Set the amount you want to contribute and submit.
- Participation:
- Out of 22 players, users place contributions on 20 players.
- The remaining 2 players without contributions are excluded from the battle.
- Determining the Winner:
- The statistics of the 20 selected players are compared to determine the winner.
- Example: For the "More Runs" battle, the player with the highest runs among the 20 players wins.
Scenarios and Results
Scenario 1: Single Winner
Condition: Out of the 20 players, only 1 player achieves the highest runs.
Result:
- All the contributions from the other 19 players are pooled together.
- A small operational fee is deducted from the pooled amount.
- The remaining amount is distributed among users who contributed to the winning player, proportional to their contributions.
Example Calculation:
Total contributions on losing players: 200 USDT (after deducting fees)
Winning contributions: User 1 (3 USDT), User 2 (2 USDT), User 3 (15 USDT) totaling 20 USDT
User | Contribution (USDT) | Proportion of winning contribution (%) | Reward (USDT) | Total Payout (USDT) |
---|---|---|---|---|
User 1 | 3 | 15% | 27 | 30 |
User 2 | 2 | 10% | 18 | 20 |
User 3 | 15 | 75% | 135 | 150 |
Scenario 2: Multiple Winners
Condition: Two or more players achieve the same highest runs.
Result:
- The pooled amount is divided among users who contributed to the winning players, proportional to their contributions.
Example Calculation:
Total contributions on losing players: 200 USDT (after deducting fees)
Winning contributions: User 1 (3 USDT), User 2 (2 USDT), User 3 (15 USDT), User 4 (10 USDT) totaling 30 USDT
User | Contribution (USDT) | Proportion of winning contribution (%) | Reward (USDT) | Total Payout (USDT) |
---|---|---|---|---|
User 1 | 3 | 10% | 18 | 21 |
User 2 | 2 | 6.67% | 12 | 14 |
User 3 | 15 | 50% | 90 | 105 |
User 4 | 10 | 33.33% | 60 | 70 |
Scenario 3: Match Cancellation
Condition: The match is cancelled.
Result:
- All contributions are refunded to users.
Scenario 4: Incomplete Match
Condition: Match is affected by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., DLS decision) and doesn't complete.
Result:
- All contributions are refunded to users.
Key Points to Remember
- Multiple Contributions: You can place multiple contributions on the same player or different players within a single battle.
- Operational Fee: A small fee is deducted from the pooled amount before distribution to ensure smooth operations.
- Fair Distribution: Rewards are distributed proportionally based on the amount contributed to the winning player(s).
- Transparency: We ensure full transparency in how winners are determined and how rewards are distributed.
